The strength of the Wyoming Trucking Association has always been its members. The challenges facing businesses and associations have never been greater than they are now. It is vitally important that we come together as an industry now more than ever.
Join us at our 2024 annual convention for an opportunity to network and meet many new friends, associates, vendors and clients, as well as learn from the many speakers and workshops, and enjoy the entertainment we have on the itinerary. We have three days of informative, educational and entertaining speakers and events lined up to shed light on the current state of trucking in Wyoming and across the country – and where we’re going as an industry.

Agenda
Registration packets may be picked up at the registration desk starting Tuesday, May 14 at 6:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn. The first full convention event is the Hospitality Hour beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15 at the Holiday Inn, though we highly recommend you take part in our Fun Day Events earlier in the day. Convention festivities will wrap up on Friday, May 17 around 2:00 p.m.
Fun Day Events
Fun Day Events will kick off the convention on Wednesday, May 15, with the Golf Tournament starting at 8:00 a.m. and Sporting Clay at 2:00 p.m.
- The Golf Tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the White Mountain Golf Couse, located at 1501 Clubhouse Dr., Rock Springs, WY. The tournament is a scramble-style with teams of four.
- The Sporting Clay / Trap Shoot competition will start at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Let it Fly Pheasant Hunting Club & Sporting Clay, located at 229 Old Stauffer Road, Green River, WY. Shooters will need to bring their own gun, ammunition, and ear and eye protection.
